Please read before submitting.
By submitting this form you confirm that you are aged 18 or over and accept responsibility for supervising the premises, their fabric and contents during the period of hire; for ensuring all hirers comply with the Standard Conditions of Hire; and that the event will be conducted lawfully and in accordance with Milton Abbot Village Hall’s hire agreement. A formal hire agreement will be issued to you once this enquiry has been reviewed and approved. You must pay a deposit of at least one third of the hire fee at the time of signing the Agreement and the balance on or before the conclusion of the event.
